Food Truck Night
Dear SCR Homeowners,

Landscaping Seminar
Dear Homeowner,
We are pleased to announce the first Shadow Creek Ranch: Landscaping Seminar of 2023 hosted by the Shadow Creek Ranch Maintenance Association!
Please join us and Shadow Creek Ranch horticulturist, Dr. Robert Moon, who will discuss the landscaping topics of the day…freezing weather recovery and a “to do” list for your yard this spring.

Community-Wide Garage Sale
Dear SCR Homeowners,
We are happy to announce this year’s SCR Spring Cleaning Community-Wide Garage Sale scheduled for Friday, March 3rd and Saturday, March 4th from 8am to 2pm. Residents may participate on one or both days, but it must be reflected on your application.
To participate, you must submit the following items required by the City for permit no later than February 16th by 5pm to garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com.
1. Valid photo ID (must match property address)
2. Permit Application (both pages completed)
The first 100 registrants will have the City permit fees paid by SCR HOA. Any applications received after the first 100 registrants will be directed to the City of Pearland to complete the application and payment process.
You will receive an email from the onsite staff when your signs are ready to be picked up. A map of participating addresses will available at www.shadowcreekranchhoa.com.

Share Your Heart
Dear SCR Homeowners,
Share your heart with your community February 1, 2023 through February 13, 2023.
Download the printable heart to color, paint or decorate anyway you would like. Display your heart in a window or door for your neighbors to see from the street from February 1st to the 13th.
Those neighbors displaying hearts, please be sure to email help@shadowcreekranchhoa.com with your address and the word “heart” to register. You must register for your heart by 5pm, January 31st to be considered a valid sighting on the collector’s list.
Neighbors will collect hearts by listing addresses for heart sightings, the neighbor who collects the most hearts by February 13, 2023 will win a Valentine’s Day treat.
Please send the list of addresses for heart sightings to help@shadowcreekranchhoa.com by 5pm, Monday, February 13, 2023.
Displayed hearts should be removed by February 18th.

Movie Night – Luca
Dear SCR Homeowners,
The Shadow Creek Ranch HOA will be hosting the first movie night of 2023 on Friday, January 27, 2023 from 6:15-8:15pm, featuring the film “LUCA”, at the Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 Windward Bay Dr. Pearland, TX 77584.
Please arrive around 5:30pm to get your spot. Bring your blankets, snacks, and bug spray. The HOA will provide popcorn and refreshments.
Come have some laughs and snacks with your neighbors!
Neighborhood Fitness Walk
Dear SCR Homeowners,
It’s January and we are ready to kick-off a year of good health and good deeds!
What better way to begin the New Year than with friends, neighbors, and a walk in nature.
On Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 9am join your neighbors for a Neighborhood Fitness Walk.
All participants will meet at the Shadow Creek Ranch Nature Trail, 1801 Kingsley Dr, Pearland, TX 77584. We encourage you to bring your bottled water.
Come walk, jog, or run with your community. The walk will be self-paced, as an out-and-back route, and end when each participant chooses. This is a great opportunity to meet new neighbors, see old neighbors and get excited about a more active you in 2023!
Also, we encourage you to make a donation to your favorite heart healthy charity.

Food Truck Night
Dear SCR Homeowners,
Get ready for some delicious Cajun food from Magnolia Cajun Comfort followed by sweet treats from The Twisted Kow. These food truck will be parked at the Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 Windward Bay Dr. Pearland, TX 77584 on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 6pm to 9pm.
Come out and try some amazing boudin balls, crawfish pies, moo-splits, shakes and more….
