Dear SCR Homeowners,
Get ready to celebrate the season of sunshine!
Join the Shadow Creek Ranch HOA and our lifeguard company, Bearfoot for our SCR Summer Kick-Off event on May 25, 2024, from 12-5pm at the Biscayne Bay Recreation Center, 13210 E. Windward Bay Dr.
This annual event marks the beginning of our pool season, to view the 2024 summer pool schedule CLICK HERE!
In addition, to the pool opening, the site will host a DJ, bounce house, cotton candy, and more!
J’s Firehouse, The Twisted Kow, and Magnolia Cajun Comfort food trucks will be available for purchase!
Don’t forget your Shadow Creek Ranch amenity access card. Access cards will be needed for entry to the pool area.

Landscaping Seminar
We are pleased to announce the Shadow Creek Ranch Landscaping Seminar-Optimizing Your Spring & Summer Landscape: Expert Tips for Success, hosted by the Shadow Creek Ranch Maintenance Association!
Please join us and Shadow Creek Ranch horticulturist, Dr. Robert Moon, who will discuss the landscaping preparations for Summer!

Shadow Creek Ranch HOA is excited to announce SCR CASINO NIGHT, a 21 and up event, at the Hilton Garden Inn, 12101 Shadow Creek Pkwy, Pearland, TX 77584 on Friday, April 26, 2024, from 7-10pm.
Put on your poker face and play Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, and Poker to win tickets for wonderful raffle prizes!! The night will include food, beverages, and a cash bar.
Event tickets are required. Tickets are $25.00 each, limited to 2 per household. There are 150 tickets available for purchase. Double bookings will not be honored, double bookings will be canceled and refunded. Tickets will be required at the door for check-in.
Tickets will be on sale April 15th through 4pm, April 19th.
