Food Drive
Dear SCR Homeowners,
Let’s feed our community!
The SCR HOA will collect food for the Pearland Neighborhood Center from November 6th through November 30th.
Please drop off canned goods or non-perishable items at the SCR HOA onsite office, 12234 Shadow Creek Parkway Building 3 Suite 112 Pearland, TX 77584.
A drop box will be set up at the onsite office for donations made outside of our office hours, Monday through Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
Remember to check the dates!
All food should be sealed and nonexpired.
Every donation helps!

Selfies With Santa
Dear SCR Homeowners,
The SCR HOA is hosting Selfies with Santa at the Emerald Bay Clubhouse, 11814 N. Clear Lake Loop, Pearland, TX 77584 on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 4-8pm.
Join us to take your own photos with Santa and play in the snow.
We will have a snow machine to play in the “snow”, cookies, and hot chocolate to spark your holiday cheer.
Parking will be limited, so prepare to find alternate parking, carpool with neighbors, or just walk on over.
We hope to see you there to begin the holiday season with your neighbors!
Dear SCR Residents,
The Shadow Creek Ranch HOA is hosting Pumpkin Painting on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at the Biscayne Bay Recreation Center.
Pumpkins, painting supplies, and refreshments will be provided.
There will be 3 painting times available, and a sign-up is required to reserve your spot.
*NOTE: The acrylic paint used in this activity will stain clothing, please plan accordingly.

Halloween Home Decorating Contest
Dear SCR Homeowners,
The Shadow Creek Ranch HOA is holding a Halloween Home Decorating Contest from October 23rd to October 30th.
There will be six categories.
Each winner will receive a $100.00 gift card!
Winners will be announced October 31st on our website www.shadowcreekranchhoa.com and the Official SCR HOA Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/shadowcreekranchhoainfo/. Each winner will be contacted to claim their gift card.

PARTICIPANTS
1. Registration begins October 6th.
2. Registration closes October 20th.
3. Please submit ONE photo (jpeg)of your home fully decorated by 5pm, October 20th to SCRsocial@fsresidential.com. Please note if your address has a sight and sound feature this will not be apparent in the photo.
4. Participants agree to have the photo of their home as well as the location posted on the voting site and/or the Shadow Creek Ranch website, and official Facebook page.
5. The contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible from the exterior (curb appeal).
6. Participants should ensure that all lights, animations, and decorations are in place and activated before the week of October 23rd.
You must register to be included in the contest and be added to the voting site.The contest is open to all residents. No display is too large or too small!
VOTERS
1. Voting will begin on October 23rd.
2. Voting will end at 5pm on October 30th.
3. Photos will be available on the voting site.
4. Please do not exit your vehicle or approach any participants, if you choose to visit each address to vote. (Sight and sound features will only be realized by in-person viewings)
