Spectators are asked not to exit their cars or approach any participant.

Attention SCR Astros Fans,

Shadow Creek Ranch has extended the community Food Drive until December 18, 2022. In a community of 6300 homes, imagine the impact we could make, if every household donated ONE canned good! WOW!

We would like to reward your generosity with a chance to win this WORLD SERIES baseball autographed by second baseman, Jose Altuve, and donated by bullpen catcher, Javier Bracamonte!

EVENT DETAILS

For EVERY 10 canned goods or non-perishables donated, you will receive ONE ENTRY. There is no limit on the number of entries.

DURING OFFICE HOURS Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

When donating during office hours, please see the receptionist for an ENTRY SLIP. You will receive one slip for every 10 items.

OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS

For convenience and in an effort to collect as many donations as possible, we will continue to put the donation box outside the office each night and during the weekends. If you donate outside of the office hours, YOU MUST TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR ITEMS AT THE DROP SPOT IN A MANNER THAT WILL ALLOW US TO EASILY DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF GOODS.

Send your photo to help@shadowcreekranchhoa.com with your name and address. We will inventory the goods, when we return to the office, and you will receive an email response with the number of entries we have completed in your name.

For those who have already donated, we thank you for your generosity. If you would like your donations to be counted for an entry to win, please email help@shadowcreekranchhoa.com with the items you have donated and we will complete an entry in your name for every 10 items.

Please help us to help others in our community! All donations will benefit The Pearland Neighborhood Center.

The Shadow Creek Ranch HOA is holding a Holiday Yard Decorating Contest from December 5^th to 18^th for the best holiday displays in 5 categories. Winners will be announced December 19^th on our website www.shadowcreekranchhoa.com and Official SCR HOA Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/shadowcreekranchhoainfo/. Each winner will receive a $100.00 gift card and an award for their category.

PARTICIPANTS
Register your home by emailing help@shadowcreekranchhoa.com with your property address. Your address will be pinned on a map posted on our website.

You must register to be included in the official tour map.
 
No fee to participate. All entries must be received by 5:00pm Sunday, December 4th.

The contest is open to all residents. The more the merrier, no display is too large or too small! Lights must be on each night beginning December 5th between 5pm – 10 pm.

Lights/decorations must be visible from the spectator’s car.

Your participation gives Shadow Creek Ranch HOA the authorization to allow photographs of your display and your address to be shown on our website and social media.

Dear SCR Homeowners,

The SCR HOA is hosting a Winter Celebration at the Emerald Bay Clubhouse 11814 N. Clear Lake Loop Pearland, TX 77584 on Sunday, November 6, 2022.

12-4pm: Upon Special Request, Santa is making an early appearance for SCR families to take professional pics with Santa. Sign-up for a 3 minute mini photoshoot time slot https://book.usesession.com/s/Y8FVrefc2 and receive one (1) free edited digital photo with the option to purchase your others shots from Alana Danielle Photography. We ask that you arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled time to check in at the Clubhouse entrance.

4:30-6:30pm: Don’t have a time slot? Not to worry, Santa is delaying his return to the North Pole so you can still snap your own pics or take selfies with Santa. We will have an elf or two to offer some photography assistance.

Plus, the early installed holiday décor will allow for some festive photo opportunities outside the Clubhouse, too!

1-7pm: If photos aren’t your jam, come join us as we LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW with a snow machine that will create the mood without the frost bite, and enjoy cookies and a hot chocolate bar to top off the festive event.

Parking will be limited, so prepare to find alternate parking, carpool with neighbors, or just walk on over.

We hope to see you there to kick-off the holiday season with your neighbors!
