Dear SCR Residents,
Get ready to hop into spring! The SCR HOA is thrilled to invite you and your family to our annual Spring Fling event on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Emerald Bay Recreation Center (11814 N Clear Lake Loop, Pearland, TX 77584).
Enjoy a day of fun with:
- Easter Bunny photos in the Emerald Bay Clubhouse (please bring your camera or mobile device). To ensure everyone gets time with the Easter Bunny, please keep your photo sessions to 3 minutes or less.
- Egg hunts for two age groups in the open field directly across from the Recreation center. (Please use the crosswalk for your safety.)
- Group A (ages 2-5): 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM
- Group B (ages 6-11): 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM
- Face painting, balloon twisting, and King’s Ice Cream (available for purchase).
We’ve scheduled a one-hour break between hunts, so families with children in both age groups have plenty of time to enjoy the other activities and meet the Easter Bunny!
Parking is limited at the Emerald Bay Recreation Center. Overflow parking is available at the Reflection Bay Office Condos (where the HOA office is located).
