SPECIAL MEETING:
BRAZORIA COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 26 with BRAZORIA FORT BEND COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1.
The Board of Directors of Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 26 will hold a special meeting on Friday, February 2, 2018, at 11:00 a.m.,
at the office of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 3200 Southwest Freeway, Suite 2400, Sabine Room (24th Floor), Houston, Texas.
1. Discussion regarding Blue Ridge Landfill odor matters and efforts to ensure compliance of the Landfill’ s TCEQ permit.
2. Convene in Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, to conduct a private consultation with attorney to discuss pending or contemplated litigation related to Blue Ridge
Landfill, including Texas Commission on Environmental Quality monitoring regarding permit violations.
3. Reconvene in Open Session and authorize appropriate action regarding pending or contemplated litigation related to Blue Ridge Landfill, including Texas Commission on Environmental Quality monitoring regarding permit violations.
