We are happy to announce this year’s Spring SCR Community-Wide Garage Sale, scheduled for Friday, March 20th, and Saturday, March 21st from 8am to 2pm. Residents may participate on one or both days; please specify on the application.

To participate, you must submit the Garage Sale Application as required by the City for a permit no later than March 5th by 5pm to garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The Garage Sale Permit application can ONLY be found at Blank App_fillable.pdf or by scanning the QR code on the flyer.
The City of Pearland website no longer has paper applications available. If you visit their site, it will prompt you to sign into the portal and will request payment of the permit fee.
Since this is a community event, the city is requesting paper applications from us as they have in the past. Please use the link above to access the paper application. If you have any issues accessing the application, please email garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com, and we will send it as an attachment in our response.
The first 100 registrants will have the city permit fees paid by SCR HOA. Any applications received after the first 100 registrants or after the deadline will be directed to the City of Pearland to complete the application and payment via the portal.
If you register through the HOA office, the Garage Sale signs will be available for pickup in the HOA office beginning Monday, March 16th, through Thursday, March 19th located at 12234 Shadow Creek Pkwy. Suite 3112 Pearland, TX 77584. If you register through the city, you will need to visit their office to pickup your signs at 3519 Liberty Drive, Pearland, TX 77581.
