Property Report after Harvey
The Diamond Bay Facility sustained some water damage in the ceiling of the pump room. Landscaping was significantly damaged with extensive amount of ruts on setbacks and medians. In turn, the irrigation was damaged from the vehicles driving over it. Most of the mulch that was put down this spring has washed away along with color and some vegetation.
LJA Engineering, who designed the lakes, came out and took high water marks. They noted that the water crested at a 500 year mark.
