SCR Disc Golf Grand Opening Tournament
The HOA has partnered with The Pearland Disc Golf Degenerates for an SCR Disc Golf Grand Opening Tournament at the newly renovated SCR Disc Golf Course near the Reflection Bay Rec. Center, 12115 S. Clear Lake Loop.
Come out and test your skills on our challenging course and meet fellow disc golf enthusiasts!
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to the game, this event is perfect for all skill levels with two divisions: competitive and recreational.
The competitive division will begin at 9am and the recreational division will begin at 1pm.
We are looking for 48 players for each division.
Each player will sign up at Eventbrite. Please ensure you select the ticket that is for the division you wish to participate in.
Our competitive division will utilize the UDisc App for scoring while the recreational division will be provided paper scorecards.
Mingo’s Latin Kitchen and The Twisted Kow will be parked at the Reflection Bay Rec. Center from
11am-2pm to offer lunch and cool treats to players and spectators.

SCR Self-Defense Classes
The SCR HOA has partnered with Master Ben Mitchell to provide Self-Defense and Anti-Bully Combative classes to SCR residents, ages 6 and up.
Starting April 11th through May 2nd, classes will be held every Thursday from 7-8pm at the Emerald Bay Clubhouse, 11814 N Clear Lake Loop Pearland, TX 77584. This is a total of four (4) one-hour classes.
Registration will begin March 7th. The registration fee is $25.00, the fee will cover all four classes, your t-shirt, and refreshments to be provided during class.
The registration deadline is March 20th. Your registration fee is due by the March 20th deadline, you may make payment through ClickPay or in the HOA office, please note we cannot accept cash.

We realize these classes may not fit into your current schedule, nor can we fit everyone who is interested into the first round of classes; however, we plan to offer the classes again given enough interest.

We are very excited to be able to provide these classes. Ben Mitchell is a retired U.S. Army Colonel and SCR resident who is passionate about serving his community.
Sand Volleyball Spring Tournament
Join us on March 9, 2024, for the 2024 SCR Sand Volleyball Spring Tournament at the Reflection Bay Volleyball Courts, 12115 S Clear Lake Loop, Pearland, TX 77584 starting at 9:00am.
We’re looking for up to 8 teams to compete in the recreational division and 8 for the competitive division.There will be championship playoffs with prizes for the top teams in each division so come ready to play!

If you don’t play, don’t worry these enthusiastic players welcome all spectators to cheer them to victory!

Don’t forget your canopies, coolers, snacks, and chairs for the event.
Parking will be limited. For overflow parking please utilize Shirley Dill Brothers Elementary School’s parking lot.

Community-Wide Garage Sale
Dear SCR Homeowners,
We are happy to announce this year’s SCR Spring Cleaning Community-Wide Garage Sale scheduled for Friday, March 15th, and Saturday, March 16th from 8am to 2pm. Residents may participate on one or both days, but it must be reflected on your application.
To participate, you must submit the following items required by the City for a permit no later than February 29th by 5pm to garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com.
1. Valid photo ID (must match property address)
2. Garage Sale Permit Application (completed)
The Garage Sale Permit application can be found at https://www.pearlandtx.gov/residents/get-connected/garage-sales.
The first 100 registrants will have the City permit fees paid by SCR HOA. Any applications received after the first 100 registrants or after the deadline will be directed to the City of Pearland to complete the application and payment process.
You will receive an email from the onsite staff when your signs are ready to be picked up. A map of participating addresses will be available at www.shadowcreekranchhoa.com.

Landscaping Seminar
We are pleased to announce the Shadow Creek Ranch: Landscaping Seminar- Rejuvenate, Replant, and Refresh hosted by the Shadow Creek Ranch Maintenance Association!
