We are so excited about our upcoming KNP Family Night on Thursday, October 10th, from 6 PM to 9 PM! This event is set to be a memorable experience for all.

To kick off the Halloween season early, we’ve themed the evening as a Not-So-Haunted Family Night. We encourage everyone to come dressed in costume and enjoy trick-or-treat stations spread throughout the venue.

In addition to the Halloween fun, you’ll also have access to the arcade, virtual bay, axe throwing, beverages, and light bites. The full bar will be open as a cash bar. KnP Social is generously providing each family with a $50.00 preloaded game card for the event, and tickets are only $8.00 per person.

Please remember that a ticket is required for each member of your family.

Unfortunately, ticket sales have been slower than expected, and we need your support to make this night a success. Therefore, we’re extending the ticket sales deadline to Tuesday, October 1st, at 4 PM.

The Shadow Creek Ranch HOA is pleased to announce National Night Out on Tuesday, October 1st from 5pm-8pm.

An exciting evening to enjoy with your neighbors and the FSR staff at the Biscayne Bay Recreation Center, 13210 E. Windward Bay Dr.

The evening will include a DJ, food trucks for purchase and FREE ice cream from King’s Ice Cream Truck.

The kids will enjoy face painting, balloon twisting, and a bounce house.

The Pearland Police, Alvin ISD Police, Brazoria County Constable’s Office, Sheriff’s Office, and the Fire Department have been invited to stop by and interact with families!

Our community has once again proven that we’re truly family focused. Ticket sales weren’t strong enough to support an Adult Only Night at KnP Social, so we have decided to open the event up to Family Night and reschedule for October 10, 2024, from 6-9pm.

KnP Social will provide a $50.00 preloaded game card to each family for the event and tickets will be $8.00 per person.

Please note you will need to purchase a ticket for each person in your family.

SCR Summer Game Night has been rescheduled for September 14^th!

Get ready for some Summertime evening FUN!

Meet us on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 Windward Bay Dr from 6-9pm for yard games, board games, and some good old outdoor fun.

We will have 10 games to compete in, some you may know and some you may have never played but we assure you it will be a great time.

Non-competitive games include a bounce house, obstacle course, and bungee trampolines.

Each player will receive a game card to keep score, at each game station the winner will be awarded a stamp for their card. Not all games will be treated equally—the more challenging the game the higher the points.

At 8:40pm we will collect scorecards and award prizes for the top three highest scores.

We are also in need of volunteers for this event, if you are interested in assisting with game rules and stamping scorecards, please email SCRsocial@fsresidential.com.

The venue is located behind Italiano’s restaurant at 11720 Broadway Street, Suite 102 Pearland TX, 77584.

Join us for a night of fun with your friends and neighbors to enjoy axe throwing, a multisport virtual bay, arcade games, small bites, beverages, and a DJ.

Each party will receive a $25.00 preloaded game card to start the evening, and each participant will receive two drink tickets for the bar after which it will be a cash bar.

Get ready for the SCR Fall Community-Wide Garage Sale scheduled for Friday, September 20th, and Saturday, September 21st from 8am to 2pm.

Residents may participate on one or both days, but it must be reflected on your application.

To participate, you must submit the following items required by the City for a permit no later than September 5th by 5pm to garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com.

1. Valid photo ID (must match property address)

2. Garage Sale Permit Application (completed)

If we do not receive the completed application and the ID together, your application will not be counted in the first 100 until both items are received.

The Garage Sale Permit application can be found at https://www.pearlandtx.gov/residents/get-connected/garage-sales.

The first 100 registrants will have the City permit fees paid by SCR HOA. Any applications received after the first 100 registrants or after the deadline will be directed to the City of Pearland to complete the application and payment process.

You will receive an email from the onsite staff when your signs are ready to be picked up.
