Movie Night

Get ready for a fun, festive evening with your neighbors! You’re invited to our SRC Movie Night on Friday, December 19, 2025.
We will be screening the timeless favorite, “The Peanuts Movie” (Rated G), perfect for kids and adults alike!
  • When: Friday, December 19, 2025, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Where: Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 Windward Bay Dr.
  • What to Bring: Blankets, jackets, chairs, your favorite snacks, and bug spray.
The HOA will provide popcorn and refreshments for everyone to enjoy!
Come on out and share a wonderful evening together. We can’t wait to see you there!

Holiday Yard Contest

Celebrate the holidays with SCR's Annual Holiday Yard Contest! Register your dazzling display
for a chance to win.
Key Dates

 Registration Begins: December 2nd
 Registration Closes: December 15th at 5pm
 Contest Viewing/Voting Period: December 16th – December 22nd
 Winners Announced: December 23rd

Contest Categories
There will be a winner in each of the following five categories:

1. Best Light Display

2. Best Traditional Display

3. Most Creative Display

4. Best Theme Display

5. Best All-Around

For Participants
1. Registration begins December 2nd.

2. Registration closes December 15 th at 5pm.

3. Please submit ONE photo (jpeg)of your yard fully decorated by 5pm, December 15th to
SCRsocial@fsresidential.com. Please note if your address has a sight and sound feature this will
not be apparent in the photo.

4. Participants agree to have the photo of their yard as well as the location posted on the voting
site and/or the Shadow Creek Ranch website, and official Facebook page.

5. The contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible
from the exterior (curb appeal).

6. Participants should ensure that all lights, animations, and decorations are in place and
activated by December 15th.

You must register to be included in the contest and be added to the voting site.

The contest is open to all residents. No display is too large or too small!

VOTERS
1. Voting will begin on December 16th.
2. Voting will end at 5pm on December 22nd.
3. Photos will be available on the voting site.
4. Please do not exit your vehicle or approach any participants, if you choose to visit each
address to vote. (Sight and sound features will only be realized by in-person viewings)

each category. *(Note: not all addresses will have a selection)

SCR Fall Sand Volleyball Tournament & Community Clothing Drive

Get ready to spike and support a great cause! The SCR Fall Sand Volleyball Tournament is happening on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at the Reflection Bay Volleyball Courts (12115 S Clear Lake Loop, Pearland, TX 77584), starting at 8:00 AM.

Sponsoring a Gently Used Clothing Drive!

This year, we are also sponsoring a clothing drive in partnership with UT FSA. Please bring your clean, gently used clothing donations to the courts on the day of the tournament!

Tournament Details

  • Divisions: We’re looking for up to 8 teams for the Recreational division and 8 teams for the Competitive division.
  • Prizes: Play your best! We’ll have championship playoffs with prizes for the top teams in each division.
  • Registration: Sign-ups are first-come, first-served and capped at 8 teams per division.

Spectators and Amenities

  • Cheer on the Teams! All spectators are welcome to cheer on our enthusiastic players!
  • Food: Good Karma Bowls will be available for purchase, offering refreshing and healthy options for everyone from 9am-1pm.
  • What to Bring: Don’t forget your canopies, coolers, snacks, and chairs for the event.

Parking Information

  • Parking will be limited at the courts.
  • For overflow parking, please use the lot at Shirley Dill Brothers Elementary School.

Food Drive

We’re excited to announce our annual food drive to support the Pearland Neighborhood Center! From November 5th through November 24th, please consider donating canned goods and non-perishable items to help families in need this holiday season.

ASTROS FANS: For every 10 items donated, your name and address will be entered into a raffle for 4 Astros tickets to a regular season game for 2026 (lower bowl) + Bobbleheads!

Donation Drop-Off Details:

  • Location: SCR HOA Onsite Office
    12234 Shadow Creek Parkway, Building 3, Suite 112
    Pearland, TX 77584
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
    For after-hours donations, a drop box will be available outside the office.
