Neighborhood Fitness Walk
Dear SCR Homeowners,
It’s January and we are ready to kick-off a year of good health and good deeds!
What better way to begin the New Year than with friends, neighbors, and a walk in nature.
On Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 9am join your neighbors for a Neighborhood Fitness Walk.
All participants will meet at the Shadow Creek Ranch Nature Trail, 1801 Kingsley Dr, Pearland, TX 77584. We encourage you to bring your bottled water.
Come walk, jog, or run with your community. The walk will be self-paced, as an out-and-back route, and end when each participant chooses. This is a great opportunity to meet new neighbors, see old neighbors and get excited about a more active you in 2023!
Also, we encourage you to make a donation to your favorite heart healthy charity.

Food Truck Night
Dear SCR Homeowners,
Get ready for some delicious Cajun food from Magnolia Cajun Comfort followed by sweet treats from The Twisted Kow. These food truck will be parked at the Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 Windward Bay Dr. Pearland, TX 77584 on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 6pm to 9pm.
Come out and try some amazing boudin balls, crawfish pies, moo-splits, shakes and more….
Be sure to bring your appetite and your sweet tooth!

Extended Food Drive
Attention SCR Astros Fans,
Shadow Creek Ranch has extended the community Food Drive until December 18, 2022. In a community of 6300 homes, imagine the impact we could make, if every household donated ONE canned good! WOW!
We would like to reward your generosity with a chance to win this WORLD SERIES baseball autographed by second baseman, Jose Altuve, and donated by bullpen catcher, Javier Bracamonte!
EVENT DETAILS
For EVERY 10 canned goods or non-perishables donated, you will receive ONE ENTRY. There is no limit on the number of entries.
DURING OFFICE HOURS Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
When donating during office hours, please see the receptionist for an ENTRY SLIP. You will receive one slip for every 10 items.
OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
For convenience and in an effort to collect as many donations as possible, we will continue to put the donation box outside the office each night and during the weekends. If you donate outside of the office hours, YOU MUST TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR ITEMS AT THE DROP SPOT IN A MANNER THAT WILL ALLOW US TO EASILY DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF GOODS.
Send your photo to help@shadowcreekranchhoa.com with your name and address. We will inventory the goods, when we return to the office, and you will receive an email response with the number of entries we have completed in your name.
For those who have already donated, we thank you for your generosity. If you would like your donations to be counted for an entry to win, please email help@shadowcreekranchhoa.com with the items you have donated and we will complete an entry in your name for every 10 items.

The Shadow Creek Ranch HOA is holding a Holiday Yard Decorating Contest from December 5th to 18th for the best holiday displays in 5 categories. Each winner will receive a $100.00 gift card and an award for their category.
