Movie Night for Adults
Dear SCR Residents,
The Shadow Creek Ranch HOA is excited to announce a movie night for adults!
Featuring the PG-13 film “FAST X”.
Friday, September 22, 2023, from 8:00-11:00 p.m., at the Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 E. Windward Bay Dr. Pearland, TX 77584.
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs, snacks, and bug spray. The HOA will provide popcorn, refreshments, and a Louisiana Hurricane frozen drink machine (non-alcoholic).

Food Truck Night
Dear SCR Homeowners,
We will be welcoming back Cousin’s Maine Lobster and The Funnel Bar for Food Truck Night on Thursday, August 24, 2023, from 5-8pm.
Come enjoy some lobster quesadillas, loaded lobster tots, or lobster tails followed by a homemade funnel cake with fresh fruit, ice cream, and cheesecake bites.
Trucks will be parked at the Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 Windward Bay Dr., Pearland, TX 77584.

Shadow Creek Ranch HOA
Dear SCR Homeowners,
We are happy to announce this year’s SCR Fall Cleaning Community-Wide Garage Sale scheduled for Friday, September 15th, and Saturday, September 16th from 8am to 2pm. Residents may participate on one or both days, but it must be reflected on your application.
To participate, you must submit the following items required by the City for a permit no later than August 22nd by 5pm to garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com.
1. Valid photo ID (must match property address)
2. Permit Application (completed)
The first 100 registrants will have the City permit fees paid by SCR HOA. Any applications received after the first 100 registrants will be directed to the City of Pearland to complete the application and payment process.
You will receive an email from the onsite staff when your signs are ready to be picked up. A map of participating addresses will be available at www.shadowcreekranchhoa.com.

Glow Foam Party
Dear SCR Homeowners,
Let’s have some last-minute fun before the summer ends and the school year begins!!
Join us Friday, August 4, 2023, from 8-11 pm at the Biscayne Bay Recreation Center at 13210 E. Windward Bay Dr., for a SCR GLOW FOAM POOL PARTY!
We will have a blast in the pool with UV foam, an inflatable movie screen featuring The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and glow sticks!
The HOA will provide popcorn and sodas. The Funnel Experience will be available for purchase, serving funnel cakes and nachos.
For maximum glow wear white or neon clothing!

SCR Rock Snake
Dear SCR Homeowners,
Come by the Biscayne Bay Recreation Center at 13210 E. Windward Bay Dr., to see and help grow our SCR Rock Snake. Residents are encouraged to bring their own painted rocks to add to our community snake from July 24th to August 4th!!
There will be a sign marking the beginning of our SCR snake. If you are facing the Rec. Center it will be located to the right in the garden beds along the brick wall. This location will allow the snake to grow with minimal obstruction to the landscaping routines.
This is a fun way to show off your creativity! You may decorate your rock any way you choose (no offensive designs), all art mediums are acceptable, just be aware this snake is out in the elements. The recommended medium for this activity is outdoor acrylic paint.
Every rock is potentially a winner!! On August 7th, the HOA will draw a number, and if your rock is that number in line from the head of the snake, we will contact your residence to come by our office to receive a prize. To be eligible for the prize, please include your property address on the bottom of your rock in permanent marker.
Let us see how long our SCR Rock Snake will grow!!
