Impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) on Shadow Creek Ranch
As the outbreak of COVID-19 has been developing worldwide, the Shadow Creek Ranch Maintenance Association (SCRMA) and Village Homeowners Association Board of Directors has been closely monitoring daily recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), along with local health authorities, and, when appropriate, public health authorities in other nations, for the latest updates.
After carefully weighing the emerging facts as well as our duties to the community, our members, and other meeting attendees we as board directors serve, the HOA has made the difficult, but necessary decision to close the Shadow Creek Ranch HOA office and cancel all Village Association monthly Board of Director Meetings, including the Village of Emerald Ba Member s Ann al Meeting.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we were considering the rapidly changing circumstances as well as the safety and wellbeing of our members, meeting participants, staff, and their families.
