I hope everyone had wonderful Holiday season and are gearing up for the New Year! I am happy to announce that Aquatico Pool Management recently received the award naming Aquatico as one of American Red Cross’s best lifeguard training companies in the Southern Texas Region! Aquatico boasts an impeccable safety record as we continue to provide communities with the highest levels of safety, service, and resident satisfaction in the industry. This year we are implementing new procedures as we move into the 2018 summer season. All of Aquatico’s supervisors are Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) certified. It is our goal to provide customers with knowledgeable lifeguards that are qualified in various resident-to-lifeguard interaction scenarios. We prepare our lifeguards to answer most, if not all, of the questions residents may ask during their visit to the pool. We take training and preparation seriously and will continue to hold our lifeguard training program to highest levels of professionalism and safety.
Aquatico’s field operations will improve with a faster response time to all maintenance and lifeguard related concerns. This year all Regional Directors will be trained to a basic technician level. This will help prevent pump room and maintenance issues with a quick and prompt response time for commonly needed repairs.
Aquatico is equipped to provide a helping hand to neighborhood community event planners by offering movie nights and other events for the communities. Upon your request, Aquatico is prepared to provide additional staffing for all planned events and can have staff available to lend a helping hand during those events.
Aquatico works hard every day to onboard professional and knowledge staff to service your pool facility. We will provide every community with preventative maintenance estimates this year, giving communities a heads-up on foreseeable pool maintenance and service items that can be addressed before the summer season kicks off.
