There are two different styles of Zumba offered:
- Zumba– a 45-minute, high-energy, dance fitness class offered on Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm-7:15pm.
- Zumba GOLD– a 45-minute, low-impact, dance fitness class offered Thursday mornings from 11:15am-12:00pm.
