Our SCR Fall Community-Wide Garage Sale is scheduled for Friday, October 10th, and Saturday, October 11th, from 8am to 2pm. Residents may participate on one or both days, but it must be reflected on your application.
PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS BELOW AS SOME PROCESSES HAVE CHANGED.
To participate, you must submit the following items required by the City for a permit no later than September 25th by 5pm to garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com.
1. Valid photo ID (must match property address)
2. Garage Sale Permit Application (completed)
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The Garage Sale Permit application can ONLY be found at Blank App_fillable.pdf
The City of Pearland website no longer has paper applications available, if you visit their site, it will prompt you to sign into their portal and will request payment of the permit fee.
If you have any issues accessing the application, please email garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com, and we will send it as an attachment in our response.
The first 100 registrants will have the City permit fees paid by SCR HOA. Any applications received after the first 100 registrants or after the deadline will be directed to the City of Pearland to complete the application and payment via their new portal process.
Garage Sale signs will be available for pick up in the HOA office beginning Tuesday, October 7th through Thursday, October 9th located at 12234 Shadow Creek Pkwy. Suite 3112 Pearland, TX 77584.
