Event Details:

• Location: Emerald Bay Clubhouse, 11814 N. Clear Lake Loop

To ensure every student has a seat, registration is required. Parents, please DO NOT reserve a seat for yourself; the tickets are for the participants doing the craft.

Parents/Guardians must remain at the Clubhouse with their students for the duration of the event. Drop off is not permitted. Parent/Guardian supervision is required at all times.

Important: This event will include small items that may present a choking hazard. This event may not be suitable for young children.

Our SCR Fall Community-Wide Garage Sale is scheduled for Friday, October 10th, and Saturday, October 11th, from 8am to 2pm. Residents may participate on one or both days, but it must be reflected on your application.

PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS BELOW AS SOME PROCESSES HAVE CHANGED.

To participate, you must submit the following items required by the City for a permit no later than September 25^th by 5pm to garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com.

1. Valid photo ID (must match property address)

2. Garage Sale Permit Application (completed)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The Garage Sale Permit application can ONLY be found at  Blank App_fillable.pdf

The City of Pearland website no longer has paper applications available, if you visit their site, it will prompt you to sign into their portal and will request payment of the permit fee.

If you have any issues accessing the application, please email garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com, and we will send it as an attachment in our response.

The first 100 registrants will have the City permit fees paid by SCR HOA. Any applications received after the first 100 registrants or after the deadline will be directed to the City of Pearland to complete the application and payment via their new portal process.

Garage Sale signs will be available for pick up in the HOA office beginning Tuesday, October 7th through Thursday, October 9^th located at 12234 Shadow Creek Pkwy. Suite 3112 Pearland, TX 77584.

Get ready for some serious fall fun! Our very first SCR Fall Festival is happening on Saturday, September 20, 2025, and you’re invited to celebrate with us.

Join us from 12 PM to 4 PM at the Reflection Bay Office Condos, 12234 Shadow Creek Parkway (where the HOA office is located) for an afternoon packed with autumn activities. We’ll have a bustling vendor market, toe-tapping live music, and a fleet of delicious food trucks.

Test your skills at our festival games, including pumpkin bowling and mini golf! Want to see someone take a chilly plunge? Step up to the dunk tank and try to dunk the inspector—all in good fun, of course!

As a special thank you, residents show your SCR amenity card at the Seven Seeds BBQ truck for a free plate of delicious barbecue on us.

Admission is free, so grab your friends and family and get ready to fall into fun!

Please note that parking will be limited in the office condos parking lot for the safety and security of all patrons and staff. Please be prepared to park in the parking lot across Reflection Bay (Chamberlain College of Nursing and Heritage Christian Academy) and walk on over. Security monitors will be directing parking, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Get ready for an exciting night! The HOA is hosting SCR Casino Night, an exclusive 21 and up event!

Join us on Friday, September 26, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Hilton Garden Inn (12101 Shadow Creek Pkwy, Pearland, TX 77584).

What to Expect:

• Play Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Poker, and Slots to win raffle tickets for fantastic prizes.
• Enjoy complimentary food and beverages, plus a cash bar.

• Tickets are required and cost $25.00 each.
• Only 150 tickets are available, so act fast!
• Ticket sales begin on September 8th and end at 5:00 PM on September 25th.
