Shadow Creek Ranch: Landscaping Seminar – 9/13/22 @ 7pm
We are pleased to announce the first Shadow Creek Ranch: Landscaping Seminar hosted by the Shadow Creek Ranch Maintenance Association!
Please join us and Shadow Creek Ranch horticulturist, Dr. Robert Moon, who will discuss the landscaping topics of the day…drought recovery and a “to do” list for your yard this fall.

Seating space is limited to the first 100 attendees at the door.

Come Join Our ARC Committee
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is a team of Shadow Creek Ranch residents who generously volunteer their time to maintain and enhance our wonderful community. The purpose of the Architectural Review Committee is to ensure specific design criteria is followed. The Architectural Review Committee uses Architectural Guidelines in reviewing each proposal to ensure conformance with overall community design objectives. The intent of the Architectural Guidelines is to maintain a consistent architectural theme for Shadow Creek Ranch, while allowing for flexibility of design expression.

May 7th Local/State Elections – LAST DAY FOR EARLY VOTING!
May 7th is Election Day, and Shadow Creek Ranch needs your voice to help shape the future of the community. At stake are schoolboard and councilmember positions as well as two State Constitutional Amendments, so let your voice be heard!
Polling options:
- Early voting is happening today, May 3rd, from 7am-7pm, at select polling locations
- Election Day voting is on May 7th from 7am-7pm
