This year, in an effort to increase participation in a safe and efficient method while saving both time and money, the Board has added the option to vote electronically using a third-party representative. Each property in the Village of Diamond Bay with an email address on file will receive an email invitation to vote from the community-voting site, to ensure you receive your invitation to participate in the vote please send your email address to Help@shadowcreekranchhoa.com using your “Property Address” as the subject line by 5:00 PM on Friday, September 25, 2020.
