Dear SCR Homeowners,
We are happy to announce this year’s SCR Spring Cleaning Community-Wide Garage Sale scheduled for Friday, March 15th, and Saturday, March 16th from 8am to 2pm. Residents may participate on one or both days, but it must be reflected on your application.
To participate, you must submit the following items required by the City for a permit no later than February 29th by 5pm to garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com.
1. Valid photo ID (must match property address)
2. Garage Sale Permit Application (completed)
The Garage Sale Permit application can be found at https://www.pearlandtx.gov/residents/get-connected/garage-sales.
The first 100 registrants will have the City permit fees paid by SCR HOA. Any applications received after the first 100 registrants or after the deadline will be directed to the City of Pearland to complete the application and payment process.
You will receive an email from the onsite staff when your signs are ready to be picked up. A map of participating addresses will be available at www.shadowcreekranchhoa.com.
