Movie Night

Join us for an SRC Holiday Movie Night on Friday, December 13, 2024!

We will get into the holiday spirit with a screening of the classic film “Home Alone” (Rated PG), a timeless favorite for both kids and adults at the Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 Windward Bay Dr., from 6:30-8:30pm.

Bring your blankets, jackets, chairs, snacks, and bug spray. The HOA will provide popcorn and refreshments.

Come and enjoy a festive evening with your neighbors. We can’t wait to see you there!

Celebrate the holidays with SCR’s Holiday Yard Contest December 13th to December 22nd!

There will be five categories.

Winners will be announced December 23rd on our website www.shadowcreekranchhoa.com and the Official SCR HOA Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/shadowcreekranchhoainfo/. Each winner will be contacted to claim their gift card.

PARTICIPANTS

1.            Registration begins December 1st.

2.            Registration closes December 12th.

3.            Please submit ONE photo (jpeg)of your yard fully decorated by 5pm, December 12th to SCRsocial@fsresidential.com. Please note if your address has a sight and sound feature this will not be apparent in the photo.

4.            Participants agree to have the photo of their yard as well as the location posted on the voting site and/or the Shadow Creek Ranch website, and official Facebook page.

5.            The contest is for exterior decorations only, including decorations in windows that are visible from the exterior (curb appeal).

6.            Participants should ensure that all lights, animations, and decorations are in place and activated before the week of December 13th.

You must register to be included in the contest and be added to the voting site.

The contest is open to all residents. No display is too large or too small!

VOTERS

1.            Voting will begin on December 13th.

2.            Voting will end at 5pm on December 22nd.

3.            Photos will be available on the voting site.

4.            Please do not exit your vehicle or approach any participants, if you choose to visit each address to vote. (Sight and sound features will only be realized by in-person viewings)

Holiday Food Drive

Thank you for your generous donations! The Pearland Neighborhood Center is incredibly grateful for your support.

In the spirit of giving, we will continue to accept donations through December 20, 2024.  To make it easy for everyone to contribute, we will add collection boxes at each Village Rec. Center starting December 2nd.

We hope to gather more contributions to make the upcoming holidays even brighter for those in need.

We deeply appreciate everyone who has donated and look forward to keeping this season merry and bright together!

Office Closed

Our onsite office will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday Wednesday, November 27 at 3:00PM, through Sunday, December 1, with normal operating hours resuming Monday, December 2, at 8:30am.  

During our absence, our office telephones and the help@shadowcreekranchhoa.com email will not be monitored.

  • For general inquiries, or to report urgent situations involving life safetyinoperable vehicle gates, or active common area water leaks, call our 24/7 Customer Care Center – (877)253-9689.
  • Inquiries involving outstanding ARC applicationshomeowner billing disputesdeed restriction violations, and amenity access will be addressed by our team upon our return next week.
  • Call 9-1-1 immediately to report emergency situations involving life safety or criminal activity.

Food Drive

We’re excited to announce our annual food drive to support the Pearland Neighborhood Center! From November 11th through November 25th, please consider donating canned goods and non-perishable items to help families in need this holiday season.

Donation Drop-Off Details:

Sand Volleyball Fall Tournament

Join us on November 23, 2024, for the 2024 SCR Sand Volleyball Fall Tournament at the Reflection Bay Volleyball Courts, 12115 S Clear Lake Loop, Pearland, TX 77584 starting at 8:00am.

We’re looking for up to 8 teams to compete in the recreational division and 8 for the competitive division.There will be championship playoffs with prizes for the top teams in each division so come ready to play!

Team sign-ups are first come, first served, and capped at 8 teams per division.

Parking will be limited. For overflow parking please utilize Shirley Dill Brothers Elementary School’s parking lot.
