Mardi Gras Party

Get ready for our first-ever SCR Mardi Gras Party at KNP Social, located behind Italiano’s restaurant (11720 Broadway Street, Suite 102, Pearland, TX 77584). This event will be private, exclusively for SCR residents!

Join us Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 7-11pm for an event you don’t want to miss!

The event will include dinner, arcade games, axe throwing, a virtual bay, and party favors!

With live music performed by Step Rideau and the Zydeco Outlaws from 8-11pm!

Tickets are free and available from February 15th through March 4th until 4pm.

SCR Camping Night!

Let’s get ready for SCR Camping Night!

When: Saturday, February 22, 2025 (5 PM) – Sunday, February 23, 2025 (10 AM)
Where: Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 E. Windward Bay Dr.

Join us for a night under the stars with:

  • An Outdoor Movie from 7 PM to 9 PM
  • Firepits set up in the volleyball area
  • S’mores supplies provided by the HOA

Bring your tent, pillows, and sleeping bags!
Porta cans will be available.

Kid’s Corner

We’re excited to announce our first SCR Kid’s Corner event! This fun activity invites your child to create their very own Valentine’s Card Box!

Event Details:

  • Date: Thursday, February 6, 2025
  • Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Location: Emerald Bay Clubhouse, 11814 N. Clear Lake Loop

To ensure everyone has a seat, registration is required. Each participant will need a ticket to attend, so please visit https://SCRKidsCornervalentine.eventbrite.com starting January 27, 2025, to secure your spot.

One ticket will reserve one seat. Parents, please do not reserve a seat for yourself, the tickets are for the participants doing the craft.

Community Walk

Let’s kick off the new year with a walk for health, fun, and community!

Join us on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM for the SCR Community Walk.

We’ll meet at the Shadow Creek Ranch HOA office, 12234 Shadow Creek Pkwy, Suite 3112, and begin our walk across the bridge to the newly expanded nature trail. Whether you walk, jog, or run, the trail is self-paced, and the event will be an out-and-back route, with the option to turn around whenever you choose.

Important Notes:

  • Leashed pets are welcome! Please bring doggy waste bags to clean up after your pet along the way.
  • Stay hydrated!  We recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated on your walk.
  • We are featuring Paws for Pearland, this year.  They are a local, “Friends of the Shelter” non-profit that you can learn more about at https://pawsforpearland.com/.  To donate, scan the QR code on the flyer, or you can support the shelter directly through their Amazon Wish List!

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet new neighbors, reconnect with old ones, and start 2025 with a healthy, active step forward.
