We are happy to announce this year’s SCR Spring Cleaning Community-Wide Garage Sale scheduled for Friday, April 25th, and Saturday, April 26th from 8am to 2pm. Residents may participate on one or both days, but it must be reflected on your application.

PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS BELOW AS SOME PROCESSES HAVE CHANGED.

To participate, you must submit the following items required by the City for a permit no later than April 10th by 5pm to garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com.

1. Valid photo ID (must match property address)

2. Garage Sale Permit Application (completed)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The City of Pearland website no longer has paper applications available, if you visit their site, it will prompt you to sign into their portal and will request payment of the permit fee.

Since this is a community event the city is requesting paper applications from us as they have in the past. Please use the link above to access the paper application. If you have any issues accessing the application, please email garagesale@shadowcreekranchhoa.com and we will send it as an attachment in our response.

The first 100 registrants will have the City permit fees paid by SCR HOA. Any applications received after the first 100 registrants or after the deadline will be directed to the City of Pearland to complete the application and payment via their new portal process.

Garage Sale signs will be available for pick up in the HOA office beginning Monday, April 21st through Thursday, April 24th located at 12234 Shadow Creek Pkwy. Suite 3112 Pearland, TX 77584.

The Funnel Experience– Crispy funnel cakes with all the fixings!

These food trucks will be parked at the Biscayne Bay Rec. Center, 13210 Windward Bay Dr. Pearland, TX 77584 from 5-8pm.

Get ready for our first-ever SCR Mardi Gras Party at KNP Social, located behind Italiano’s restaurant (11720 Broadway Street, Suite 102, Pearland, TX 77584). This event will be private, exclusively for SCR residents!

Join us Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 7-11pm for an event you don’t want to miss!

The event will include dinner, arcade games, axe throwing, a virtual bay, and party favors!

With live music performed by Step Rideau and the Zydeco Outlaws from 8-11pm!

Tickets are free and available from February 15th through March 4th until 4pm.

Join us for a night under the stars with:

• An Outdoor Movie from 7 PM to 9 PM
• Firepits set up in the volleyball area
• S’mores supplies provided by the HOA

Bring your tent, pillows, and sleeping bags!
Porta cans will be available.

We’re excited to announce our first SCR Kid’s Corner event! This fun activity invites your child to create their very own Valentine’s Card Box!

Event Details:

• Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Location: Emerald Bay Clubhouse, 11814 N. Clear Lake Loop

To ensure everyone has a seat, registration is required. Each participant will need a ticket to attend, so please visit https://SCRKidsCornervalentine.eventbrite.com starting January 27, 2025, to secure your spot.

One ticket will reserve one seat. Parents, please do not reserve a seat for yourself, the tickets are for the participants doing the craft.
